Another day, another adventure, and yet another shot to capture. It never ends but we don’t want it to.

Following the 2019 launch of our newest Civilian Series - designed and engineered to dampen and disperse the energy created upon impact through HyperCush Technology...we soon realized to some, those words mean absolutely nothing. SO thanks to our UAG Creative Content crew who make it their mission to push the limits and highlight our gear in never before seen ways, we decided to get visual with the Civilan and our HyperCush technology. We partnered with Los Angeles based, director and cinematographer Peter Cote, who specializes in hyper speed production with phantom slow motion cameras. Peter has previously worked with brands that include Nike, Adidas, MTV, Coca Cola, and Nickelodeon just to name a few, so we were pretty excited for the opportunity to work with him to say the least.

We hit the 405 en route to the Griffith Helipad in Los Angeles to meet up with Peter and our good friend and cyclist Adrian Andrada for a ride to the top the hills. Greeted by sunny skies and the infamous panoramic views, we set up the gear and got right to it. Upon our introduction to the Bolt Robot, master of hype speed production, there was no doubt we were out of our comfort zone. However, our team was ready for the challenge and keen on learning all things hyper speed and slow motion. Over one hundred robot throws on the rugged dirt terrain later, phones were still uncracked and even ready for more…but we spared them.

The final features showcases a 360 view of the Civilian showing every feature of the case including, shock absorbing panel, ultra-light armor shell , impact exoskeleton, disperses energy from impact, and progressive hex cushioning, leaving you with all the protection you ever needed.
